Course Description

Time Management and Productivity in the Workplace​ equips participants with practical tools and strategies to manage time, energy, and priorities effectively in fast-paced workplace environments. Participants will learn how to align their daily actions with key goals, manage competing demands, and cultivate habits that enhance both personal productivity and team efficiency. The course blends time management frameworks with self-awareness and reflection, helping learners work smarter, not harder, while maintaining balance and well-being.

Through hands-on activities and reflection, learners gain the ability to sustain focus, reduce burnout, and increase their output without compromising quality. Understand how time perception, procrastination, and multitasking impact productivity and focus.

Regain Control Of Your Time

Learn and apply distraction management strategies, priority handling in hybrid settings, and hands-on techniques for goal setting, scheduling, and realistic planning.

Build Productive Habits

Identify personal productivity triggers and energy cycles to plan tasks with intention and rhythm.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Diagnose personal procrastination patterns and time perception biases to reclaim focus.
  • Develop a personal productivity philosophy, balancing discipline with flexibility and rest.

  • Map personal energy cycles to schedule high-value tasks during peak performance windows.
  • Master delegation frameworks to offload low-value work effectively.

  • Use reflection to track progress, optimising productivity systems.

  • Build micro-habits for consistent execution and self-accountability.
