Zul has more than 15 years of experience in youth work. He has a Master of Arts in Childhood and Youth. He is a registered training instructor with Ministry of Education, as well as a registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
Zul started his career as a case worker with the Singapore Boy’s Home. I am a Specialist Adult Educator (Curriculum) with the Institute of Adult Learning. Till to-date, I have developed over 100 WSQ modules and 30 skills standards in different industries since 2013 under Environiche LLP.




Alastair holds a MSocSc and is a professional counsellor, trainer and certified life and executive coach working with individuals, families, and organizations to bring about change. Using counselling and therapy, he works with clients to resolve emotional and relational issues that are affecting their lives.
As a coach and trainer, he enables clients to deal with internal & external resistance to make their desired goals and outcomes a reality. Whether through therapy, coaching or both, his objective is to help clients bring forth better versions of themselves so that lives can be transformed.

Apply problem solving and decision-making techniques to identify viable ideas to resolve problem.

Acquire skills to evaluate implementation plans and to communicate the plans in concise and clear manner to stakeholders.
Continuous improvision
Evaluate implementation plans and develop the skills to apply corrective actions to improve on solutions.
