Social media marketing doesn’t have to be so daunting.
This course will help you understand the mechanism underlying social media marketing. Learn how to leverage on social media platforms to meet organisational objectives. At the end of the course, you will be able to develop, present and implement a social media marketing plan to transform your impact.

Course Outline
Building the foundation
Understand the pros and cons of social media marketing and develop a case based on the profile of target audience to propose social media marketing strategies
Learning through practice
Write social media objectives based on actual organisation's needs and learn how to develop a social media marketing plan. Examine the feasibility of different platforms and the considerations when engaging the platforms.
Monitor and evaluate
Monitor social media marketing campaigns as well as identify appropriate return of investments (ROI) to review and measure campaign effectiveness.
Application to real-world situations
Evaluate existing usage of social media and its impact on organisation. Learners will present their evaluation of their organisation’s usage of social media and explore ways to enhance their social media marketing campaigns.
