About Vincent

Once an underachieving teenager who had low self-esteem and lacked confidence, I had struggled in my studies and encountered difficulties coping with my school days. From an ‘N’ Level student to acquiring a Master’s degree, I have discovered the successful and practical strategies to achieve my personal and professional goals. As a professional coach, I have a strong interest in using positive psychology coaching strategies, Choice Theory and Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching (CBC) techniques to help individuals develop self-esteem, build confidence, and make positive changes in their lives. I have inspired many youths to pursue and achieve their goals.

Apart from my work, I served as a volunteer in the grassroots leader in People’s Association T-Net Club Management Committee to help teens build confidence and develop leadership qualities, by providing platforms for them to display their talents. I have also served as an Executive Committee Member with the Asian Association of Career Management Professionals (AACMP) and an adult facilitator/mentor with National Youth Council (NYC) Youth Leaders & Mentors Programme (YLMP)
