THIS COURSE IS ELIGIBLE FOR WSQ FUNDING
Course Description
Developing effective solutions to complex social problems is no easy feat. On the one hand, we want evidence-based programmes that are client-centred, ethical and inclusive. Yet on the other hand, we have time and resource constraints that we need to manage. How do we find that sweet spot?
Join us in learning how to integrate professional expertise, research evidence, and community inputs to develop effective social service programme. Analyse social problems from multiple viewpoints. You will be guided through the programme development process through experiential tasks, case studies and interactive discussions.

- Conduct environmental scanning on the existing client landscape, community needs and programmes available to inform programme development
- Apply the Logic Model to guide programme development and communication
