Q. Am I eligible for subsidies?
As a general guide, Singaporeans above 40 years old are eligible for up to 70% subsidies.
Permanent residents and Singaporeans below 40 years old will be eligible for up to 50% subsidies.
This is before the Skillsfuture Credit that you may have.
Q. How to use Skillsfuture credit to attend our courses?
Upon registration, we will send you a guide on how you can make the Skillsfuture credit claim, together with the confirmation email.
Q. If I don’t have Skillsfuture credit left, how can I pay?
We kindly offer different payment options for your convenience. You may choose to pay via Paynow or online banking. Additionally, we also accept installment payment through PayLater by Grab or Atome if that better suits your needs.
Q. Where are our face-to-face classes conducted?

Q. When is lunch break for courses conducted from 9am – 6pm?
Typically, we tend to schedule a break from 1pm-2pm. However, the timing might vary based on the preferences of the trainer and the pace at which the class is progressing, as well as considering the needs and comfort of the participants.
Q. Are there assessments, assignments, coursework and exam?
There is a written reflection to submit at the end of the course and an oral assessment as a prerequisite by Skillsfuture.
Q. Is there a fixed enrollment period?
There is no specific deadline for registration, but we kindly request that you contact us to inquire about the availability for last-minute registrations.
It is advisable to sign up at least a week before the course date, and you may also register months in advance as long as the desired date is still available when you make your selection.
Please note that registrations are processed in the order they are received and confirmed upon payment.
