Venue Rental Agreement – Blended Concept Pte Ltd

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for renting training venue space from Blended Concept Pte Ltd, located at 601 Macpherson Road, #03-11, Singapore 368242.

1. General Information

• Capacity: Seating capacity is provided as an estimate and does not account for 1-metre safe distancing. On-site viewing is recommended to assess suitability.
• Viewing Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm. For viewings outside of these hours, prior arrangement is required.
• Pricing: Rates are effective from 1 January 2025 and subject to change without prior notice. No GST is applicable.

2. Facilities & Equipment

• Standard Inclusions: Each room comes with an overhead projector, whiteboard(s), markers, audio system, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Projectors:
  • Classroom 1
  • Classroom 2
• Microphone: Available upon request.
• Water Dispensers: Available at the reception area.

3. Complimentary Snack Corner

• The Complimentary Snack Corner is provided as a courtesy for guests. It offers light snacks for on-site consumption and is not a replacement for catered refreshments.
  • The snack corner is topped up once daily only.
  • No additional top-ups will be made, regardless of usage volume.
  • Snacks are for on-site consumption only.
  • Abuse (e.g. removing items from the venue or taking them home) will incur a $200 surcharge.
• We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this shared amenity sustainable for all guests.

4. Rental Timing & Extension

• Minimum Booking: All bookings must be made in blocks of 4 hours or more.
• Extension Charges:
  • Classroom 1: $50/hour
  • Classroom 2: $75/hour
• All extensions are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged.

5. Booking & Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon full payment and written confirmation from Blended Concept.
• Acknowledgement: Receipt of payment indicates the client’s acceptance of the terms and conditions in this agreement.

6. Cancellations & Postponements

• Cancellation Terms:
  • Full Refund: Cancellation m0061de ≥ 1 month before the event
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation made > 7 days but < 1 month before the event
  • No Refund: Cancellation made ≤ 7 days before the event
• Short Slot & Early Set-Up:
  • The minimum booking is 4 hours.
  • Early set-up requests are subject to advance arrangement and availability.

7. Food & Beverage Policy

• In-Room Consumption:
  • Only drinking water and light snacks are allowed.
  • Clients are responsible for cleaning any spills.
• Catering:
  • For full/half-day bookings with external caterers:
  • A $100 surcharge and $100 refundable deposit applies.
  • Caterers must clear all utensils and food by 6:00pm.
  • Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit to cover cleaning costs.
• Bento sets are exempt from surcharge and deposit due to ease of disposal.
• Deposits will be refunded within 3 working days, pending compliance.
