Booking Information

Important things to know.

Review the key booking conditions before submitting your request.

Minimum booking and extension charges

Bookings must be made in blocks of at least four hours. Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

  • Training Room 1 extension: $50 per hour
  • Training Room 2 extension: $75 per hour
Booking confirmation and payment

A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Blended Concept.

Cancellation and postponement
  • Full refund for cancellations made at least one month before the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made more than seven days but less than one month before the event.
  • No refund for cancellations made seven days or less before the event.
Food, catering and refreshments

Drinking water and light snacks are allowed in the rooms. External catering for half-day or full-day bookings is subject to prior arrangement.

  • External catering: $100 surcharge and $100 refundable deposit
  • Bento sets are exempt from the catering surcharge and deposit
  • Caterers must remove all utensils and remaining food after the event
Viewing the venue

Venue viewings are available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Viewings outside these hours require prior arrangement.
