Venue Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Effective Date:
Pricing is effective from 1 January 2025 and is subject to change. Prices are GST-free.

2. Seating Capacity:
Seating capacities (effective from 1 January 2025) are estimates only. We recommend viewing our rooms in person during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    For viewings outside these hours, please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

 

3. Timing & Extensions:

  • Venue rental includes a designated time slot.
  • Extensions are charged at $50 per additional hour (or part thereof) per room, subject to availability.

 

4. Room Amenities:
All rooms are equipped with:

  • Overhead projector
  • Whiteboard(s) with markers
  • Flip chart stand
  • Audio system with speakers
  • Free Wi-Fi

Additional charges:

  • Microphone: $35 per day
  • Water dispensers are available either in the room or at the reception area.

 

5. Booking Confirmation:

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and an official confirmation from Blended Concept Pte Ltd.
  • Payment methods:
    • Cash
    • Cheque
    • PayLah/PayNow: UEN 202000558M
    • Bank Transfer: UOB Account No. 701-34032-80

 

6. Surcharge:

  • A surcharge of $50 applies for bookings of half-day or evening slots (less than 5 hours) with catered food (excludes tea breaks).

 

7. Cancellation & Postponement:

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once a booking is confirmed.
  • Postponement is permitted with at least 1 month’s notice.

 

8. Rules & Restrictions:

  • No food or drinks are allowed in the rooms, except drinking water.
  • Clients are responsible for adhering to the stipulated booking terms.
