Course Description

Day in and out, you feel frustrated with your present circumstances. Like there’s no way out.

  • Whether as a healthcare/helping professional emotionally burnt out from constantly interacting with people
  • Or as a parent exasperated with your child who doesn’t want to listen to anything you say
  • Or as an individual, tired of your interactions with certain people that almost always seem to end in an intense argument.

Along the way you might’ve asked yourself these things as well:

  • “What did I do wrong? Is it just me that’s too sensitive/unreasonable/impatient?”
  • “Should I just give up?”

But asking the wrong questions when trying to process your experiences can lead you into a downward spiral of self-criticism and doubt.

Reflexive Practice teaches you the right questions to ask yourself so that you can:

  • Make sense of your experiences constructively
  • Connect with your inner-self and gain insight into why you respond in certain ways or make certain decisions
  • Gain clarity about your values and priorities to guide your future actions

Join us for this course on Reflexive Practice to turn your experiences into insightful strategies for personal and professional growth!”
