Building Mental and Emotional Resilience (TGS-2022013598)
Ever wondered why you find it hard to deal with stress?
Is there such a thing as good stress?
How can stress benefit me?
What if you could see past the stressful situation to deal with it in a more helpful and effective way?
Course Description
Do you feel burnt out because life is an endless balancing act – where the lines between personal, family and work life is blurred and you feel that you are on an endless treadmill going nowhere? Where the daily challenges you face threaten to overwhelm you?
Perhaps there is a better way to life the life you have. One where the people around you and the situations you face are no longer viewed as a threat to your well-being. One where you can regain control of your thoughts, emotions and behave in a way that can positively impact your environment and yourself.
Our mindfulness-based approach helps you manage stress by exploring and understanding your stressors so you can better deal with these. Through evidence-based mindfulness practices, you will learn to cultivate self-compassion, acceptance, and resilience, allowing you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and wisdom.
