Through guided reflective practice, we gain insights and understanding of our past experiences so we can better understand ourselves. We look beyond some of our learnt behaviours and re-examine our core beliefs and values so we can live a life that is aligned with these – finding purpose and meaning in what we do.
Our internal transformation begins with a deeper understanding of self – enhancing our self-awareness to gain clarity and insights. We develop a vision of our desired future self and instead of striving and being anxious, we learn how to release our fears and shift our perspective to view our lives with a renewed sense of purpose.

Master the concepts of reflexive self-discovery and its benefits and develop self-awareness and self-reflection skills to overcome limiting beliefs and self-doubt. Learn the limitations of traditional goal setting techniques like SMART, and learn to set inspiring personal and professional goals to stay motivated and driven.

Participants who meet the attendance and assessment requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA).
The Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued by SkillsFuture Singapore through the official training provider, Environiche LLP.
This course will require learners to keep an open mind and adopt a position of self-reflexivity in examining their own limiting beliefs and attitudes. Reflexive discussions and roleplay practices are also to be expected to hone learners in the application of the reflective practice techniques.
For the learners to be enrolled in this course, he/she will be screened for the following:
Literacy and numeracy capabilities equivalent to WPLN level 2 and above
At least 1-year of experience providing support services or peers.
This course is conducted by Environiche LLP, a registered SSG training provider.
